When will you send the gift
All ROOTS welcome packs are sent within 7-10 working days of purchase. While we will endeavour to post all packs in time for Christmas, we will also email you a gift certificate that you will be able to send to your loved ones in case their pack doesn’t arrive in time. These certificates will be emailed within 5 working days of purchase. The last day to purchase and receive a digital gift certificate is the 23rd December.
When will the subscription start?
All ROOTS annual subscriptions start on the day of purchase and will consist of 10 packs through the year. All subscriptions bought in December or delayed to December will run until December 2025.
Can you send the recipient's pack to me to hand over as a gift?
We send all packs straight to the recipient. Included in each pack is a gift certificate which will let them know who their gift is from. If you would like the first welcome pack sent to yourself, please email roots@nts.org.uk and we will try to arrange this for you.

I would like the National Trust for Scotland to reclaim the tax on any eligible donations or membership subscriptions that I have already made in the last four years or will make until further notice. I am a UK taxpayer and understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations and membership subscriptions in that tax year it is my responsibility to pay any difference.
With Gift Aid we get an extra 25p for every £1 you give us at no extra cost to you.
Please be aware that Gift Aid will only be claimed on any additional donations and not on your ROOTS subscription. Thank you.
Please provide the name and address of the gift recipient. Their first name will be included on the gift certificate within their first pack.
